A SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION FOR WASTE-TO-ENERGY

BlueSystems® technology efficiently processes a wide range of waste materials, including plastics, paper, food waste, and agricultural residues. The process begins with the removal of non-combustible materials such as metals and glass. The remaining organic and plastic-rich waste is shredded, compacted, and, if necessary, dried and stored as feedstock for the steam reformer.

Within the steam reformer, the feedstock is exposed to high temperatures (700– 1000°C) in the presence of steam. This proprietary, fossil-free process converts the waste into a clean mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide—commonly known as syngas. The system is designed to produce GreenSynGas™ and green hydrogen, but it can also be tailored to generate other valuable renewable fuels and chemical products.

A defining feature of the BlueSystems approach is its ability to run on the green hydrogen it produces, enabling a truly zero CO₂ emissions process.

Thanks to its innovative design, scalability, low operating costs, and increasing energy yield, BlueSystems offers a sustainable, environmentally friendly solution for both waste management and clean energy production.
